Happy Schools' Cancellation Policy

Happy Schools reserves the right to cancel a Happy Schools’ teacher’s registration at any time, with/without notice, should any of the following occur:

• the teacher is convicted of a crime against or involving a child by a competent legal body
• the teacher is convicted of any crime while teaching English overseas by a competent legal body
• the teacher is found to have falsified their information during the Happy Schools registration process
• the teacher is found to have comported themselves in a manner inconsistent with Happy Schools' Ethical Guidelines for Teachers

Happy Schools reserves the right to cancel the institutional participation of a language school at any time, with or without, notice should any of the following occur:

• the school owner/director is convicted for a crime against or involving a child by a competent legal body
• the school owner/director is convicted of a crime against or involving a teacher on his staff by a competent legal body
• the school is found to have knowingly falsified their information during the Happy Schools registration process
• the school is found to have comported itself in a manner inconsistent with Happy Schools' Ethical Guidelines for Schools

Happy Schools reserves the right to cancel the institutional participation of a teacher training program at any time, with or without notice, should any of the following occur:

• the teacher training program owner/director is convicted for a crime against or involving a child by a competent legal body
• the teacher training program owner/director is convicted of a crime against or involving a teacher in his program or on his staff by a competent legal body
• the teacher training program is found to have knowingly falsified their information during the Happy Schools registration process
• the teacher training program is found to have comported itself in a manner inconsistent with Happy Schools' Ethical Guidelines for Schools

Happy Schools may, in its sole discretion, update this Policy at any time and from time to time, by posting the amended Policy on this web site. The amended Policy shall be effective upon posting and your access to or use of the Site following an update shall be deemed consent to the revised Policy.
