Chelsea and Zachery were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Elizabeth Stratton, in 1998. The NCMEC now believes them to be in Costa Rica, Mexico or the Dominican Republic. Their mother may be using a number of different aliases (Gould, Pugh, Smith) and may go by Beth or Betty. She is likely to have altered her appearance.
