Happy Schools' Refund Policy

As a matter of both policy and process, Happy Schools does not issue refunds in any of the following cases:

• a teacher's registration is cancelled pursuant to our cancellation policy
• a teacher's application for registration is rejected because it does not meet our criteria for processing

Happy Schools may, at its sole discretion, issue partial refunds to applicants provided they request a refund in writing within 14 days of applying for registration. Happy Schools incurs a significant portion of its costs during the actual registration process and thus reserves the right not to issue refunds once that process is under way.
